RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All items, excluding clothing, cannot be returned unless they are
defective. Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size, but
customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No items can be returned
without first obtaining a Return Authorization. Please email info@regimentalrecords.com
or call (973) 759-8265 to obtain authorization. If you have any questions
regarding our return policy, please call us before placing an order.
SHIPPING
All orders ship the business day after they are received. All
items, excluding clothing, shipped within the Continental United States
are postage paid by Media Mail. Packages shipped by Media Mail are
usually received within 5 to 7 business days. Other shipping options
are available, but customer pays extra costs. Please email us at info@regimentalrecords.com
if you are interested in a different shipping method.
Clothing (shirts, shoes, and bullet belts) cannot be shipped by Media
Mail. All shoes and bullet belts are shipped Priority Mail. One shirt
can be shipped by First Class Mail, but multiple shirts are sent Priority
Mail. All clothing orders are usually received within 3 to 5 business
days.
Customer pays shipping on orders sent any way other than Media Mail.
Shipping rates are determined by location.
Bullet belts cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location for orders shipped
outside of the Continental United States. Please email or call us
for more information.
PRIVACY POLICY
Regimental Records will never sell or distribute any customer
information. All information is kept private and will only be used
to complete orders. We respect the privacy of our customers.
