RETURN/REFUND
POLICY
All items, excluding clothing, cannot be returned unless they are
defective. Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size, but customer
is responsible for all shipping costs. No items can be returned without first
obtaining a Return Authorization. Please email info@regimentalrecords.com
or call (973) 759-8265 to obtain authorization. If you have any questions regarding
our return policy, please call us before placing an order.
SHIPPING
All orders ship the business day after they are received. Customer pays postage
costs based on total package weight and location. Please email us at info@regimentalrecords.com
if you are interested in a different shipping method.
Clothing
(shirts, shoes, and bullet belts) cannot be shipped by Media Mail. Shipping rates
are determined by location and total package weight.
Bullet belts cannot be
shipped outside of the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary
by location for orders shipped outside of the Continental United States. Please
email or call us for more information.
